Teresa has been practicing therapeutic massage since 1984 and is trained in a variety of modalities.  Click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques and products  provided. Your massage is suited for your individual needs, which may change from week to week.

Passion for releasing tension is her drive. Her ultimate goal to assist you in releasing muscle tension and provide you with relaxation, rejuvenation and freedom from muscle and joint pain.

Your appointment time is just that, it is totally your time. Please arrive on time or call if you are running late.

 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or to reschedule your appointment to avoid an appointment fee.
